Magical Makeover! My sister and I were totally OBSESSED with this movie when we were kids (you only have to check out the rap scene above to see why – top that!).
The geek in Teen Witch is Louise, who is completely unpopular. Things begin to look up when she discovers she is descended from Salem witches and has inherited their powers. With her powers now come the ability to be hot and popular and of course she throws herself into this life with abandon, snagging the captain of the football team along the way.
However, the question soon arises… is it right to use magic for your own personal gain (all makeover movies are essentially moral, so the movie answer is no, but I would say go for it!).
